VI. Selection of antifreeze fluid

Currently, there arevarieties of antifreeze fluids over markets with quite different levels ofquality. Users while making selection shall try to choose products made by ourCompany. The following two aspects must be noted in reasonable selection ofengine cooling liquid
1. Selection ofcooling liquid: The cooling liquid grade is the freezing point value. In thetime of selecting cooling liquid, its freezing point should be lower than thelowest temperature by 10 ~ 15 ℃ in vehicle operation area to ensure that in thespecial case of cooling liquid does not freeze. Note that it is not the coolingliquid with lower freezing points is better. The lower the freezing point is,the higher concentration of ethylene glycol in the cooling liquid will behigher. If there is use of low freezing point cooling liquid at high latitudes, there will be a poor heat radiation effect due to too high an ethylene glycolconcentration causing overheat to engines. For example, antifreeze fluid seriessuch as Hercules 363 and Hercules 353 can provide different freezing points, including -25; -35; -40 and -45 , to customersbricatingoil.
2. It is required toselect cooling liquid cars, light trucks and other light load engines, you canuse Hercules 353 and 363 cooling liquid. Water cold type cylinder housing, generally recommended Hercules 363 cooling liquid will be applicable to heavytrucks, large passenger buses, agricultural and mining purpose and constructionpurpose machines, fixed machine sets, train and ship units and other heavy loadengines, which can prevent corrosion, gas corrosion or rust erosion of waterhousings in a limited manner
