8)Why is water-based metal working fluid in cast iron processing reddish like yellow mud after application for some time? Is it deteriorated?

As iron ion isdissolved in water when cast iron is being processed, it generates ferrichydroxide (in red); in the case of any presence of amine substances in cuttingfluid, in this case, highly active ferrous powder will react with aminesubstances to generate red substances; therefore, the cutting fluid will turnred. It is required to judge whether such cutting fluid becomes deteriorated, tosee whether its PH value, concentration and antirust performance is normal.
