Theprocess lubricating oil used for metals and their alloys in the cutting,forming, treating and protecting course is collectively called metal workingfluid, while metal working fluid can be simply divided into: oil base metalworking oil and water-based metal working fluid. Water-based metal workingfluid can be divided into three forms: emulsified metal working fluid, semi-syntheticmetal working fluid, fully synthetic metal working fluid. Metal working fluid mainlyplays four functions in the processing course: lubrication, cooling, rinsingand rust removal.
