EC-320 synthetic cutting fluid
For all synthetic cutting fluid cutting and grinding process.
Application：
1.Recommended for machining and grinding of ferrous materials, where a synthetic fluid is desired.2. Also suitable for general grinding, such as steeland cast iron grinding.3. Also used for non-ferrous metalworking.

● Water soluble ionic liquid cooling, has excellent lubrication, cooling, cleaning and antirust.

● no sulfur, phosphorus, chlorine additive, non-toxic, no pollution, easy to discharge.
● low foam.
● The cooling liquid is clear and transparent, easy to observe the workpiece, no sticky residue, easy to clean, keep the machine clean.
● Excellent anti-bacterial , not because of a large number of bacteria cause odor. Contains no nitrite, won't produce ammonia smell. A very long service life, the consumption of oil, coolant downtime and costs to a minimum.
● The use of economic, dilution ratio is high, up to 1:50.
Explain For Use
●Dilute by water as following ratio for used:
● Plane grinding 1:50
●Centerless Grinding, light duty machining 1:30
