Pacosyn 850 Water –Soluble Metalworking Fluid
Pacosyn 850 is a high performance synthetic metalworking fluid containing effective corrosion inhibitors, wetting agents and lubricity additives. It is designed to mix with water for various types of medium to heavy-duty machining and grinding operations.
Application：
1.Suitable for various kinds of ferrous metals such as carbon steel, stainless steel and cast iron, etc. machining.2.Recommended for cutting and grinding including surface grinding, centerless grinding and external grinding.
Advantages
●Gathering all the advantages of synthetic metal working fluid, satisfier for heavy duty operation.
●Capable of performing, both heavy-duty grinding, machining stamping operations (Not recommended for non-ferrous metals).
●Excellent good bacteria and fungi controlling
●Good corrosion control.
●Light colour, no mist, non-tacky residue, mild to skin when used as recommended.
●Outstanding washing and cleaning performance.
●Stable PH over periods of time, extended use in machine.
