Pacosol 1900EP-5 Soluble Oil Metalworking Fluid
Pacosol 1900EP-5 metal working fluid contains vegetable oil as main base stock and synthetic extreme-pressure lubrication package to enhance productivity in most heavy metal working operations. It has good bio-degradable property.
Application：
1.Pacosol 1900EP-5 is designed for most heavy duty metal working operations in both ferrous and non-ferrous metals, such as stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium and copper alloys.2.Pacosol 1900EP-5 is recommended for many machining and grinding operations such as broaching, gear cutting, tapping, reaming, turning, drilling, milling, internal grinding and centerless grinding.
Advantages
●The synthetic extreme pressure additive plus the physical lubrication of vegetable oil in this product provides smooth finishes and good tool life in heavy duty machining and grinding operations.
●Exceptionally good bacteria and fungi contral due to its bio-stable system. No offensive odors caused by excessive bacteria. Has good bio-degradable property. Sulfur, chlorine and silicon free, environment friendly.
●Good anti-corrosion properties both to ferrous metals.
