Description：
Pacocut 32(GR) is a new fully biostable mineral oil free and environmental metalworking fluid. Specially formulated for high performance grinding and light to medium duty machining and provide excellent rust resistance and miscellaneous oil. This product will be very stable and give long charge life at soft and hard water.
Application：
1.Suitable for ever kinds of grinding, including surface grinding, cylindrical grinding, double disc grinding , center-less grinding, form grinding and light duty cutting.2.For cast iron, ductile iron, carbon steel, carbide and part of non-ferrous metalworking.

●Good anti- miscellaneous oil and long service life. The surface oils easy to clean.
●Excellent lubricating and antirust ability, even if the water is hard, can satisfy the process of work-piece rust, also provide protection for the machine.
●Low foam, can ensure the continous grinding. Good for the settlement of the little metal and improve the durability of the grinding wheel.
●Mild alkaline, has no effect to the paint of machines.
●No matter at hard or soft water, this product will be excellent.
Explain For Use
Dilute by water as following ratio for used:
Centreless Grinding 3-5%
Cylindrical and Surface Grinding 2-4%
