Pacoil EC-1000 Water-Soluble Metalworking Fluid
Pacoil EC-1000 is a general emulsion type metalworking fluid. It does not contain sulfur, phosphorus and heavy-metals additives and provide excellent operation function when at difficult cutting operation.
Application：
1.For ferrous and non-ferrous metal cutting and reaming. Provides excellent product surface finishing of workpiece. 2.Suitable for stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and non-ferrous metal ect. 3.Apply to cutting, grinding, drilling, broaching tapping
Advantages
●Contains extreme pressure, anti-rust and emulsion additives. It provides excellent cooling, lubricating and anti-rusting .
●Gentle formula, low odor, and well adaptability to the skin. It would not be harmful to the machine paint.
●Excellent stability and will not separate between water and oil.
●Low foam, and suitable for soft and hard water.
