Pacoil EC-263 Water-Soluble Metalworking Fluid
Pacoil EC-263 is multi-functional semi-synthetic water-soluble metalworking fluid. Suitable for ferrous metal and non-ferrous metal medium to heavy duty cutting.
Application：
1.Suitable for the high requirement of surface finish and used in heavy duty machining of ferrous metal, e.g. grinding, milling or turning.2.Also can be used for punching and trimming of small metal parts.3.Also suitable for non-ferrous metal machining.
Advantages
●Combined with physical and chemical lubrication, it can prevent the work-piece from heating.
●Can be diluted with 5%~30% concentrate fluid depending on the cutting operation.
●Excellent cleaning and no residue on the product surface.
●Its compositions are effective to protect against bacteria and fungi, which extends the service life.
●Excellent lubrication, can improve the surface finish of the product effectively.
●For most aluminum alloy (6061, 7075), it will have excellent corrosion resistant.
