Pacoil CHP Synthetic Chain Lubricant

Description:
Pacoil CHP synthetic high temperature chain oil is a synthetic base, premium quality, high temperature chain lubricant, effective at temperatures up to +250℃. With more frequent monitoring and relubrication, Pacoil CHP synthetic high temperature chain oil continues to perform at still higher temperatures.  Pacoil CHP synthetic high temperature chain oil offers controlled volatility, which leads to reduced consumption while minimizing deposits, self-cleaning properties, friction reduction and minimum build-up of residue. Pacoil CHP synthetic high temperature chain oil is formulated to address environmental concerns, it is free of lead, chlorinated solvents, and barium.
Application:
1.žPacoil CHP is for use in lubrication high temperature, high-speed oven chains found in fiberglass insulation manufacturing plants. 2.žPacoil CHP can be used in any high temperature chain application where volatility and consumption must be minimized.3.Pacoil CHP can reduced amperage draw, reduce consumption, eliminate the problem of spattering. So it can be recommended for high temperature chain of stenter frames.4.žPacoil CHP may also be used to lubricate high temperature chains in other industries such as automotive, wallboard, die casting facilities and glass plants.
Advantages
ž● Power requirement reduction the lower the power requirement, the more efficient the operation. As oven chain speeds increase, temperatures must often also increase. High-speed operations demand a  chain lubricant that can be effective when applied precisely and sparingly. Correctly applied, Pacoil CHP can control amperage draw due to its special additive package.
● žControlled volatility applications of CHP can often be reduced and or intervals between reapplication extended, due to high viscosity index, and low volatility.
● žReduced contamination minimizes soiling due to fly off or dripping.
ž● Tough fluid film, anti-wear, and friction modifying properties minimize chain binding and wear as well as reduce power requirements.
ž● Self-cleaning reduces to a minimum downtime for cleaning when CHP is properlyapplied. Pacoil CHP can be effective at reducing deposits.

Notes
ž●žClean the chain thoroughly before changeover to CHP for maximum benefits.
ž●žPacoil CHP should not be used around parts containing polycarbonates as it can have a softening effect. Under no circumstances should it be used where neoprene seals are present.
