Hercules MW-623 Metalworking Fluid
Description：
Hercules MW-623 is a biological stability chlorine free semi-synthetic metalworking fluid. When mixed with water the emulsion formed has a translucent appearance. This product is specially to meet machine tool manufacture minimum 40% oil content requirements. Because of high oils, it provide excellent lubricating to offer a high performance level over a wide rang of machining operations.
Application：
1.Widely used. Recommended for broaching, gear cutting, reaming, tapping, car milling and so on. 2.Also for grinding, including Creep Feed Grinding. 3.Widely used in various types of steel alloy, stainless steel and non-ferrous metal light to medium processing.4.This product will be excellent performance with the water under 500 ppm.

Recommended Dilution
General Machining 3-10%
Centreless Grinding 3-5%
