Hercules HVR-309 is an advanced multi-function metalworking fluid with highly refined base oil and premium synthetic lubrication additives. It is specially designed for high speed progressive and precision stamping operation for thicker metal plate. This product will only remain thin anti- corrosion film to protect the metal surface. it can provide a good lubricity to extend the tools life.
Application：
1.High speed progressive type and other stamping machine.2.Suitable for galvanize steel, thin stainless steel with more than 1 mm thick and copper, aluminium stamping. No volatile.
