Hercules CH Heavy Duty Industrial Gear Oil

Description:
Hercules CH series heavy duty industrial gear oil is intended for enclosed gear sets operating under severe service conditions. They provide outstanding anti-wear and friction reducing characteristics, enhanced oxidation stability, protection from corrosion and resistance from foaming as the result of a unique additive system.
Application:
For all types of enclosed gear drives with circulation or splash lubrication systems. Particularly recommended for gear sets working under heavy or shock conditions up including spur wheel, bevel and hypoid gears under severe overload and shock condition when operating temperature reaches 110℃
Advantages
žExcellent extreme pressure and anti-wear properties, as shown by the FZG gear test reached 12 grade, efficiently resistance to wear and scuffing of gear under severe and shock load conditions , giving long service life.
žExtremely thermal stability, exceptional resistance to oxidation and sludge formation even when operating temperature reaches 100℃.Prolong oil service life.
žGood anti-rust, anti-corrosion property, provide  resistance to rust and corrosion of gear and bearing.
žGood demulsibility, separates readily from water.
žResistance to foaming.
