Hercules AW ULTRA HYDRAULIC OIL

Description:
Hercules AW Ultra Hydraulic Oil is a premium quality universal oil designed for use in modern high pressure high speed mobile and industrial hydraulic systems, highly accurate machine tools, industrial robots, gear boxes and general lubrication
Application:
1.High pressure hydraulic systems (above 1,200 psi). 2.Air line lubrication (pneumatic system). 3.Moderately loaded gear sets (meets AGMA Grades1 through 6).4.Plastic injection molding machine and metal die casting machine.5.Construction equipment, cherry pickers and derricks.
Advantages
žWear Protection:Hercules AW Ultra Hydraulic Oil effectively protects against wear in high pressure pumps. Hercules AW Ultra exceeds the anti-wear and oxidation requirements of major pump and machine manufacturers approval tests.
žThermal Stability:All hydraulic systems have areas of high temperature which can accelerate oil degradation.  Hercules AW Ultra resists the adverse effects of hot spots and prolongs the effective life of the oil and system by controlling formation of sludge and dispersing insoluble.
žRust Protection:In case water does get into the system, Hercules AW Ultra protects the pumps and parts against rusting.
žDemulsibility:Excellent water separating characteristics, thereby minimizing emulsions which can cause severe lubrication problems.
žResistance To Foaming: Resists foam build-up in the system and reservoir. Pump starvation and damage is prevented and precise control for position and rate is assured.
žLow Pour Point: Excellent low temperature properties for cold start-ups of hydraulic systems.
žHydrolytic stability, oxidation and shear stability.
