Pacoil FG 9227 High Temperature Grease

Description:
Pacoil FG 9227 Grease is a premium, high temperature, synthetic bearing lubricant. Formulated from perfluorinated polyether oil and thickened with PTFE that is also temperature stable, FG 9227 includes a blend of additives and lubricating solids for exceptional wear protection. Greatly extended service life and relubrication intervals are possible. Primarily developed for extended service in oven conveyor bearings, FG 9227 is recommended for applications in paint drying ovens, textile tentering frames, and similar service where minimum applications and drip-free performance are needed to promote good housekeeping and to minimize maintenance and relubrication requirements.
Application:
Pacoil FG 9227 may be used incontinuous service at 250℃and be exposedintermittently to temperatures up to 280℃. When using above 200℃,forced draft ventilation should be used.

Advantages

●Low volatility at high temperatures and / or high vacuum.
●Formulated to address environmental concerns, it is free of lead, chlorinated solvents, and barium.

Ventilation
●At 200℃, small quantities of fumes are generated.
●At 300℃, positive draft ventilation to the atmosphere is essential.
●.Wash hands before smoking because inhaling the smoke from contaminated tobacco can cause the symptoms of influenza.
