Pacoil VR-302 is an advanced rapid drying volatile rust preventative metalworking fluid with highly refined base oil and premium synthetic lubrication additives. It is special designed for high speed progressive and precision-machined stamping operation. This product will only remain a thin anti- rust film to protect the metal surface. Also it can provide a good lubricity to extend the tool life.
Application：
1.High speed progressive type and other stamping machine operation.2.Typical used for laminator, micro electric-motor case, connectors, air-conditioner, heat dispersal devices, domestic applicants and computer components and case, button battery case and other small metal parts.

Special Properties

●Suitable for high speed stamping operation for up to 0.6mm silica steel or thin stainless steel plate. It will leave a very thin oil layer on the surface after stamping operation.
