Pacoil SF Series Silicone Fluids are proprietary dimethyl polysiloxanes. They are available in a series of standard viscosities range from 50 to 100,000 centistokes. Pacoil SF fluids are thermally and chemically stable in a wide range of high and low temperature. It’s colourless, odourless, resists to acid/alkaline, chemical inert and non-toxic properties gives multiple applications in various industries. Pacoil SF fluids are suitable lubricants for plastics, rubbers, any of many dissimilar metal combinatious, but are not effective for steel-on-steel. They will give good lubrication for almost all combinatious of metal and plastic. All materials used are listed by FDA as suitable for incidental contact with food processing, cosmetics, etc.
Application:
1.Typical used in thecosmetics, chemical specialties, food processing, drug manufaacture, textile, electrical, precision machinery, plastic, glass industries.2.For lubricating, anti-foam,water repelling, polishing sealing, damping and mould releasing.
Advantages
●Clear transparentfluid, used clean.
●Chemical inert,resist to acid/alkaline.
●Non-corrosive tometal, will not affect most plastics and rubber.
●Stable in a widerange of temperature and chemical inert, effective at temperature -50℃ to 150℃ in the presence of airor 200℃ in aninert atmosphere.
