Description：
Pacoil Heat sink compound is a metal oxide filled dielectric thermal transfer agent. Commonly used in electrical and electronics industries as a thermal transfer medium for facilitating heat dissipation between power components in electrical / electronic assemblies, and heat sinks by filling the voids and gaps between the mated surfaces.
Application：
Suitable for thermal transfer of power component of electronic assemblies, such as power amplifier,transistor, and electron tube, CPU etc.
