Pacoil BD-2032 the chlorine-free blanking and drawing oil,which is a high performance lubricant for ferrous and nonferrous metal stamping and drawing lubricant, formulated with non-chlorinated EP additives, fat, coolant and corrosion inhibitor. Excellent lubricity eliminate galling on parts and provides extend fool life.
Application：
1.Galvanized steel, normal steel, aluminum, copper and stainless steel plate medium difficulty blanking and drawing.2.Medium viscosity, moderate to heavy duty, manual application and flood apply in progress die and transfer press application.
